Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) – Product Security

The security and reliability of our products are top priorities for IWAKI.

The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, introduces uniform cybersecurity requirements across Europe for products with digital elements.

IWAKI is addressing the relevant requirements of the CRA to take cybersecurity into account for affected products throughout their intended period of use.

Reporting Security Vulnerabilities

If you identify a potential security vulnerability or security-related issue in an IWAKI product, please inform us.

Please provide the following information in your report whenever possible:

• Product name and model number
• Description of the suspected security vulnerability
• Affected software or firmware version (if known)
• Contact details for any follow-up questions

Incoming reports will be forwarded to the responsible departments for review.
